What makes Excelsior different as an SDA provider in Regional NSW.
A regional specialist, not a generalist
Excelsior Housing Services exists for one reason: to provide genuinely high-quality, accessible homes for people with disability across Regional NSW — towns that are too often overlooked by housing providers focused on capital cities. We currently operate across the Central West and Far West, including Orange, Dubbo, Bathurst and Broken Hill.
Housing and support, kept separate by design
We are a registered NDIS provider of SDA — and only SDA. We do not deliver SIL or support services ourselves. That is a deliberate choice: it means you always keep genuine choice and control over who supports you, free of any conflict of interest between your landlord and your support provider.
Built to the standard, not just to code
Every home is designed against the relevant SDA design category requirements — not retrofitted from a standard rental. That means features like accessible bathrooms, ceiling hoist provisions, wider doorways or robust fit-outs are part of the build from day one, not an afterthought.
A local team that picks up the phone
Because we’re regionally based, you’re dealing with a real local team who knows the towns we operate in — not a distant call centre. Maintenance, enquiries and tenancy support are handled by people based in Regional NSW.
