New Specialist Disability Accommodation: Empowering People with Disability to Thrive

Excelsior Housing Services is thrilled to announce the introduction of cutting-edge Robust Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) facilities aimed at providing unparalleled support and opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Coming in early 2024, these 1 bedroom Robust SDA villas are situated across three sites in Orange, NSW, and are a testament to our commitment to fostering independence, dignity, and choice for people with a disability. These state-of-the-art accommodations have been designed to offer a secure, nurturing environment that empowers residents to lead fulfilling lives.

Key highlights of our Robust SDA offerings include:

  • Safety: Equipped with Safe and resilient fixtures and finishes to support independence.
  • Comprehensive Support: 24/7 Onsite support is provided by Disability Support Provider Westhaven, through a dedicated and compassionate staff to provide tailored support to meet individual needs, fostering a sense of belonging and wellbeing.
  • Community Integration: Our Robust SDA locations are strategically situated near essential services, recreational opportunities, and community resources, facilitating active participation in the broader community.

To qualify, applicants have appropriate NDIS funding for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and support services.
