Who we are

Excelsior Housing Services is a registered NDIS provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) across Regional NSW. We provide high-quality, safe and accessible homes for people with disability, developed from years of disability experience and industry-leading design.

Importantly, we provide the housing, not the support services. We believe accommodation and supports are best delivered by different organisations — so you keep choice and control over who provides your day-to-day support, while we focus on giving you a great place to live.
