Ross was appointed to the Board of Directors on 1 March 2026. Ross has had a property career spanning more than 30 years, and for the last 10 years, has specialised in managing the property functions of NFP & NDIS organisations. He has also held positions at Parramatta & Blue Mountains City Council on their Access Advisory Committees. These are vital platforms that evaluate the public projects being put forward by Council, that will ultimately decide the best Accessibility for People with Disabilities those projects can provide.
Ross is a member of the AICD and is a regular speaker at AICD events on topics such as Diversity and Inclusion, and Accessibility for Employees.
He has 50 + years of lived disability experience, and is a strong advocate for People with Disabilities.
