Your NDIS funded\u00a0 Support Coordinator can help you with this.<\/p>\n<p>During the planning meeting, the NDIS will talk about if you\u2019re eligible for SDA and discuss what kind of SDA you might like.<\/p>\n<p>The NDIS will look at the following three categories.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if you meet the criteria listed in\u00a0<a title=\"Who's eligible for SDA?\" href=\"https:\/\/ourguidelines.ndis.gov.au\/supports-you-can-access-menu\/home-and-living-supports\/specialist-disability-accommodation\/whos-eligible-sda\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"25a6c093-1a65-4eb3-ba13-f147fcdf2934\">Who\u2019s eligible for SDA?<\/a><\/li>\n<li>SDA design categories, building types, and locations<\/li>\n<li>if you already live in SDA and if you would like to keep living there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The NDIS will ask you to complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndis.gov.au\/participants\/home-and-living\/home-and-living-supports-request-form\">Home and Living Supports Form,<\/a> It is also helpful to provide any Allied Health assessments to assist in the process.<\/p>\n<p>The NDIS may ask you to provide further information or help you to get the information that is required so they can assess your application for SDA.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to find out if you may be eligible for SDA or SIL accommodation, contact Andrew today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you are an NDIS participant, and you want to change the Accommodation you live in is to arrange an NDIS planning meeting.
